Benazir Hunarmand Program was launched under the Benazir Income Support Program (BISP). It is a government-based program. Its aim is to empower the low-income families. This program is specially for BISP-registered women and youth to make them financially independent by providing them free technical skills and digital training.
This program was officially launched on 21 June 2025, on the birth anniversary of Mohtarma Benazir Bhutto Shaheed. Who Is Eligible for Hunarmand Program?
BISP Hunarmand Program is specially designed for low-income families. This program is for those individuals who can’t afford the expenses of higher education. Now they can get skills and digital training to start their work. The program clearly defines the eligibility criteria to ensure that only the most deserving individuals benefit from free training.

- BISP Registered
- Individuals who are registered in the Benazir Income Support Program can benefit from this program.
- Low Poverty Score
- Those who have a low PTM/Poverty Score are eligible to apply.

Age Limit

For the registration of BISP Hunarmand Program courses, there are two ways to apply.

- Visit the official website of BISP and go to the Hunarmand Program courses.
- Enter CNIC details.
- Enter your valid CNIC number in the given space.
